1 Definitions & Overview

This Terms and Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between Viptaka 15 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Viptaka 15") and its users. In this document, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any individual registered on Viptaka 15.

2 Account Registration & Information Accuracy

When registering an account on Viptaka 15, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or incomplete details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Viptaka 15 Support immediately.
• If a verification request is issued by the company, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use Viptaka 15, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in your region of residence.
• If your ability to make sound decisions is impaired due to a mental or physical condition, please refrain from using the Platform.
• If you have previously self-excluded on Viptaka 15 or any other platform, you cannot open a new account while that exclusion remains active.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Viptaka 15. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Requests cannot be processed without it. Viptaka 15 reserves the right to request additional verification for any unusual transactions.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Transactions using third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Viptaka 15 reserves the right to report any money laundering or suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Your account will never go into a negative balance — make sure you have sufficient funds before placing a bet.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Viptaka 15 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses come with specific wagering requirements. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 30x wagering means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before you can withdraw.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. The offer details will clearly state which games the bonus applies to.
• Bonus Abuse: Any misuse of the bonus system — including the creation of multiple accounts or any other means of abuse — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.
• Referral Bonus: Referral programme terms apply separately. Paid referrals are strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming activities on Viptaka 15. Additional rules specific to each game category (Sports Betting, Casino, Lottery) may also apply.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — cashout may be available in certain cases.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Viptaka 15 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded. Specific rules apply in the case of partial results.
• Results in RNG (Random Number Generator)-based games are final and can be verified by Viptaka 15 or third-party auditors.
• Using screen recording software, bots, or automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other players or dealers in Live Dealer games is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Viptaka 15 and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or match manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to cyber-attack or hack the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Organizing or joining a group to systematically exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse syndicate").
• Spreading false information or misinformation in the name of Viptaka 15.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Viptaka 15 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For violations of the terms and conditions.
• For failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.

A maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account each month. Before closing any account, Viptaka 15 will send a message to your registered number.

9 Responsible Gaming

Viptaka 15 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day waiting period.

• Reality Check: If you play for an extended period, Viptaka 15 will automatically send you a break reminder.
